Edgewater Real Estate Academy is a Real Estate Education provider located in Downtown Miami are which provides potential new entrants as well as current real estate professionals with comprehensive pre-licensing, post-licensing, continuing education classes, and extracurricular specialization courses. Edgewater Real Estate Academy provides its students with both online and in-class courses in order to best accommodate students with different learning styles and scheduling needs.

State Requirements
5 Steps to Get your Florida Real Estate License
- Take the 63 Hour Pre-license course and pass the exam at the end of the class.
- Apply for a license with the State of Florida's Department of Busines and Professional Regulations (DBPR). Log in to www.myfloridalicense.com and follow the instructions on their Home Page.
- Get your electronic fingerprints to check your criminal background.
- Once your application has been approved by the DBPR and you have passed the class exam, book your State Exam with the Pearson Vue testing center at www.pearsonvue.com
- Once you pass the Florida Real Estate Exam your initial license will be granted and issued by the DBPR. All that is left to do is that you activate your license with a Real Estate Broker in Florida.
